When it comes to reveal shots before the wedding, you never know what to expect, but with a backdrop as beautiful as “Mango Manor,” who can pass up this kind of opportunity. As I rode beside the groom,Chad, he sat blindfolded in the backseat of a black BMW and I felt like I truly had kidnapped him and wondered how he kept from getting car sick. It was all worth it to see the look on Chad’s face and watch him slowly walk towards his bride Lorena, in awe of her beauty.
Their bridal session couldn’t end before including their “Children,” their two beloved bulldogs. It’s always interesting to have an animal join in on our photo sessions and thankfully “Achillies”, the French Bulldog, was willing to play along and have some fun with Lorena.
“Rykman Park” is always a beautiful location for weddings but on this day the wedding we were photographing was even more beautiful as Jason and I remembered our very own wedding there nearly seven years ago. On this day it was all about our beautiful bride Lorena and capturing the love between her and Chad.
After vows were read from the officiants i-pad and the first kiss was taken, we were all off to celebrate next door at the former Melbourne Beach Women’s Club. As Jason and I entered the venue, the smell from the green apples placed all throughout the room was delicious. Candles were placed in cored apples and arranged at each place setting. The ceiling was draped with tiny sparkling lights that created just the right lighting for the evening affair. After the cake was cut and served guests were treated to a musical performance by Lorena’s very own father and his band, “Three Days Later”. Watching everyone dance and have a great time is always a wonderful way to end a wedding. We pray that Lorena and Chad have a wonderfully blessed marriage. Thank you for including us in your special day.
